Housekeeping Manager
Nosilec na tem položaju je odgovoren za vodenje gospodinjskega oddelka, za zagotovljanje najvišjih standardov, vzdrževanje, higieno in čistočo hotela, vključno z vsemi sobami za goste, javnimi površinami, prostori s hrano in pijačo, prostori za bankete in vseh prostorov zaposlenih. Skrbno spremlja vse procese, ki se nanašajo na zagotavljanje visoke ravni gospodinjskih storitev, opravljenih za gosta, pravočasno in brez napak.
Ključne odgovornosti:
● Vodenje oddeleka za gospodinjstvo z razvijanjem in izvajanjem ciljev oddelka v skladu s cilji hotelskega poslovanja
● Nadziranje gospodinjskih postopkov, kot sta čiščenje in vzdrževanje, hkrati pa zagotoviti skladnost z vsemi gospodinjskimi navodili, postopki, standardi in zadovoljevanje potreb gostov
● Nadziranje vseh območij in izvajanje korektivnih ukrepov za izpolnjevanje standardov Kempinski glede čistoče, vzdrževanja in oskrbe
● Razvijanje, izvajanje in nenehno pregledovanje navodil, postopkov, praks in standardov
● Izbiranje, usposabljanje, razvoj, načrtovanje in upravljanje uspešnosti neposrednih in posrednih podrejenih, za zagotavljanje učinkovitega vodenja gospodinjskih dejavnosti
● Upravljanje zalog perila in zalog za goste ter naročanje zalog, v skladu s potrebami za izpolnjevanje standardov kakovosti in hotelskega poslovanja
● Usklajevanje gospodinjskih nalog z različnimi oddelki, kot so recepcija, inženiring, prodaja in trženje ter oddelkom hrane in pijače in zagotovljanje pravočasne in učinkovite pripravljenosti sob za goste ter vzdrževanje in čistoče javnih prostorov
● Priprava letnega proračuna in vodnika za kadrovanje ter voditi gospodinjski oddelek v okviru proračunskih smernic
● Sodelovanje pri načrtovanju dekoracije hotela za posebne priložnosti in praznike ter organiziracija potrebnih aktivnosti
● Biti na tekočem z vso novo opremo in čistili ter oceniti njihovo kakovost, vzdrževati poznavanje lokalne konkurence in trendov v gospodinjstvu
● Izpolnjevanje administrativnih nalog, kot so vodenje in udeležba na sestankih, pisanje poročil in zapisnkiov ter drugih nalog, povezanih s trendi delovnega mesta

Housekeeping Manager
The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the Housekeeping Department in order to ensure the highest standards of upkeep, hygiene and cleanliness of the Hotel, including all Guest rooms, public area, food & beverage outlets, banquet facilities and back of the house. Closely monitors all processes related to ensuring high level of housekeeping services provided to the guest is timely and defect free.
Key responsibilities:
● Lead the Housekeeping Department by developing and implementing departmental objectives in line with the hotel business objectives
● Supervise housekeeping operations such as cleaning and maintenance whilst ensuring compliance with all housekeeping policies, procedures, standards and satisfaction of guests needs
● Inspect all areas and take corrective measures in order to meet Kempinski Standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and supply
● Develop, implement and continually review the policies, procedures, practices and standards
● Select, train, develop, schedule and manage the performance of direct and indirect subordinates to ensure the efficient running of housekeeping operations
● Manage linen inventory and guest supplies and the ordering of supplies as necessary to meet quality standards and hotel business needs
● Coordinate housekeeping duties with various departments such as Front Desk, Engineering, Sales and Marketing and Food &Beverage to ensure that all guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained in a timely and efficient manner
● Prepare the annual budget and manning guide and manage the housekeeping department within budgetary guidelines
● Participate in the planning of hotel decoration for special functions and festive seasons and organize the necessary actions
● Keep abreast of all new equipment’s and cleaning products and evaluate their quality, maintain knowledge of local competition and housekeeping industry trends
● Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports and memos and other duties related to the job trends
