Our client, a leading global company that offers its customers the transport of liquid chemicals and liquids for the food industry with its fleet of specialized tanks, invites junior candidates to join its dynamic team for the position of "Operations coordinator (m/f)". At the beginning of the summer, they have also opened offices in Slovenia, which means that they are currently present in 27 countries. They are inviting candidates who will act as support for logistics centers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Opis delovnega mesta:

- Checking the processing of movements/shipments and tracking orders.
- Entering the required data on the reservation list. Providing timely information for transport coordinators.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication with EMEA Operations department.
- Coordinating the timely and accurate processing, issue and distribution of transport documentation for outbound shipments.
- Control of shipments and ensure timely issue and payment of the carrier's waybills.
- Processing documentation in accordance with quality procedures.
- Reporting any unacceptable behavior by any supplier resulting in delays in documents or information flow to supervisor.
- Recording events related to supplier complaints and contributing to the identification of the root cause and corrective and preventive measures.

Pričakujemo:

- Comparable experience with logistics processes and administration.
- Previous work in an international environment.
- Fluency in English. A local third language (Italian, German, Arabic) is also preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
- Team orientation and the ability to set priorities and goals.
- Organization and orientation towards quality.
